Due to rapid expansion Mindray Netherlands has a new opportunity for a highly motivated, innovative clinician to join our ultra-ambitious team!

Your responsibilities:
- You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Planning and managing the full relationship between us and our key accounts across the North of the Netherlands
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leading the joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one to three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Key Measures of Success:
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
What are we looking for in you?
- To be successful, you will see this as a growth opportunity harnessing your clinical background in ICU and/or Anaesthesia.
- Successful sales experience isn’t essential, but the right attitude is! You will be hungry to achieve more; this has significant earning potential for the right candidate!
- Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
- Hands on experience with patient monitoring would be a real advantage, or perhaps a Ventilation Practitioner or Reanimation Specialist!
- An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an attitude for building strong client relationships
- Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible to travel as required
