Title:  Sales Representative-PMLS

Summary:

You are expected to be based in Ankara / Türkiye or other Anatolian cities, mainly responsible for PMLS product line businesses for the Government Hospital’s sales and define key growth sales strategies, and action plans for the Government Market

 

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve all financial targets through effective business planning and execution,
2. Developing Account Strategy aligned with the customer’s priorities and drives key account customer sales plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth.
3. Plan and prioritize channel sales strategically and execute the channel management policy practically. Closely monitor, manage the channels, and continuously strengthen relationships within the Government hospitals
4. Develop and maintain good relationships with decision makers of the customers; respond to customers’ demands actively, and manage customers’ expectations. Discover and lead customers’ potential demands, create values for customers.
5. Track and communicate market trends to/from the field, including competitor data, and lead effective counter strategies and long-term thinking and planning for daily business activities. 
6. Collaborate and work closely with the marketing and service team to increase capture rate and customer satisfaction, and in conjunction with Channel Partner Create and continuously develop Channel Partner specific business plans.
7. Manage the distributors Orders stock, and funnels regularly, conduct quarterly performance reviews with distributors, and find potential partners.

 

Requirement:
1. Min than 3 years of healthcare sales experience in related products, good command of both written and spoken English
2. Experience for Anesthesia Devices, Patient Monitors, Infusion Pumps, Defibrillator devices, and ventilator Products Sales experienced, and Devices connectivity knowledge is a plus
3. Analyze competitors
price, market dynamics. Develop KOLs relationship and big deal management plus.
4. Work in the healthcare industry, multi-national companies' experience is a plus. Financial performance for the Channel Partner portfolio. Identify target end user accounts and create account plans in conjunction with Channel Partner Create, and continuously develop Channel Partner specific business plans.
5. Manage the distributors Orders stock, and funnels regularly, Quarter base performance review with distributors.
