Title:  Clinical Application Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess customer training and application service needs using strong clinical insight.
  • Deliver comprehensive product application training and support to customers to increase product utilization and satisfaction.
  • Provide installation training, conduct regular customer visits, support pre-sales and after-sales activities, verify performance, and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct technical training for distributors’ application teams and provide guidance to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Collect and analyze clinical and product application data to better understand customer requirements and continuously improve service quality.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience with strong hands-on skills in IVD systems (Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology analyzers).
  • At least 2 years of clinical application experience within an IVD company.
  • Solid understanding of IVD product principles, functionality, and clinical applications.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical and application training.
  • Hands-on experience in on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management and application service processes.
