Title: Senior Sales Representative - UItrasound
Responsibilities
- Sales assignments
- Define and implement sales and marketing strategies for hospitals and clinics.
- Achieve the assigned sales targets for the Ultrasound product line within their responsible scope or territory.
- Develop projects in collaboration with distributors/agents or directly with clients.
- Manage project funnels and provide periodic updates to their manager on a monthly basis.
2. Marketing assignments
- Accompany customers on visits to domestic and international reference hospitals.
- Precisely organize various marketing activities with target customers.
- Explore and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference hospitals and government departments within the responsible scope.
- Collaborate with the team, periodically review the work and performance, provide suggestions or take adjustment measures to ensure the achievement of the target.
- Submit regular work plan and receive work assignments from the manager.
Requirements
- At least bachelor's degree in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in medical imaging business, knowing Ultrasound, and X-Ray Products.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written form.
- Field Oriented. Enjoy fieldwork, be able to promote company products, solution in customers side, and build up a good relationship with users, decision makers, and related associations (requiring coverage west region of Algeria); Identify potential needs, develop solutions using impacts and influences to generate more value for others;
- Good Planner. To be able to optimize his/her own job and by planning as per the target breakdown.
- Adaptively work in a matrix system, skillful in cross-cultural communication and business resource allocation;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with decision makers of the customers; respond to customers’ demands actively and manage customers’ expectations. Discover and lead customers’ potential demands and create value for customers.
- Possess the capability of initiating and running the sales opportunities.
- The post holder will be a Consultant employee and will frequently travel for the purposes of working in client or potential client locations or to work with other business partners.
