Title: Service Engineer - Ultrasound
Responsibilities:
1. Use service insight to identify customer training and instrument service needs. Develop and provide customers with product training and technical support to improve the utilization and satisfaction of Mindray MIS products (Medical Imaging Systems) such as installation training, regular customer visits, instrument maintenance, problem solving.
2. Provide technical training and development direction guidance for the service team of distributors, and provide constructive suggestions for their development.
3. Assist distributors in Algeria and other surrounding countries to establish spare parts supply system & service product sales to achieve service revenue target in the region.
4. Assist the sales to make breakthrough in key hospitals of key instruments. Assist distributors and IT engineers of end-user side to complete the IT project implementation or transformation plan of end-user.
5. Build the relationship network between MOH and BME, and provide corresponding multi-dimensional service products according to market changes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree at least, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent. Preferably specialized in biotechnology, biomedical equipment or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, preferably with a background in MIS servicing. Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products.
3. Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate internal employees and outside partners.
4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, full of team spirit.
5. Accept frequently travel to local cities or sometimes other African countries as per work requirement.
6. Be able to adapt to company culture and good team player.
