Title: Product Specialist - IVD
Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing analysis and implement marketing activities across the Levant Area and Iraq.
- Identify and meet customer needs, strengthen engagement with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support academic collaborations, and maintain strong KOL relationships.
- Organize and deliver internal and external training sessions on IVD products, including assessments and certification processes.
- Empower distributors by providing product and strategy training, organizing performance evaluations, and supporting certification.
- Collaborate with local partners to arrange marketing activities such as CMEs, workshops, seminars, and HQ visits.
- Support sales teams in planning and executing customer site activities.
- Align with sales managers to target top customers, drive breakthroughs, and expand product adoption.
- Develop KOLs through product evaluations and academic research, ensuring more experts gain hands-on experience with our products.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, import data, marketing reports, and feedback from end users.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the IVD industry; experience with immunology products is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of immunology products and industry competition.
- Familiarity with mainstream products and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
