Title:  Product Specialist - IVD

Responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing analysis and implement marketing activities across the Levant Area and Iraq.
  • Identify and meet customer needs, strengthen engagement with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support academic collaborations, and maintain strong KOL relationships.
  • Organize and deliver internal and external training sessions on IVD products, including assessments and certification processes.
  • Empower distributors by providing product and strategy training, organizing performance evaluations, and supporting certification.
  • Collaborate with local partners to arrange marketing activities such as CMEs, workshops, seminars, and HQ visits.
  • Support sales teams in planning and executing customer site activities.
  • Align with sales managers to target top customers, drive breakthroughs, and expand product adoption.
  • Develop KOLs through product evaluations and academic research, ensuring more experts gain hands-on experience with our products.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, import data, marketing reports, and feedback from end users.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the IVD industry; experience with immunology products is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of immunology products and industry competition.
    • Familiarity with mainstream products and market dynamics.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
