Title:  IVD Clinical Application Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements. Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers with the target of increasing customer usage rate and satisfaction of Mindray products, including installation training, customer regular visiting, pre-sales and after-sales performance verification, resolving issues, and so on
2. Deliver technical training for the distributor's application team, and provide constructive suggestions for the development of the distributor's application team
3. Collect and analyze products' application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements

Requirements：

1. Education levels: Graduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related
2. Profession: Relevant Professional Category
3. Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in the clinical laboratory with good operational skills in IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology analyzers

4. Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics, and clinical application of IVD products, or 2 or more years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies or their distributors/partners. Be familiar with the application process and customer relationship maintenance

5. Experienced in delivering technical trainings of IVD products
6. Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting
7. Language Skill: Good in both written and spoken English and Turkish
8. Computer Skill: Familiar with Computer and Office Software (Word, Excel, and PPT)
9. Other knowledge and skills: Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal, Logical thinkin,g and Good Communication Skills
10. Others: Well-organized, able to function independently with minimum supervision
11. Enthusiastic, together with a can-do attitude
12. Willingness to be in a field-based role, supporting customers, and travelling is required to perform the role
