Title: Sales Representative-IVD
Responsible Territory: Central Anatolia
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill the sales target in the designated region;
- Business strategy planning and execution: product, price, channel, and promotion strategy
- Channel management: Distributors organize together with the product line manager, core distributor cultivation, business opportunity management, team empowerment, marketing activity organization together with the marketing supervisor.
- Manage and enhance relationships with KOL on assigned region;
- Tenders cooking with distributors;
- Organize and hold workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities in the designated region;
- Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements, etc., for maximizing business opportunities;
- Other issues that the product line manager assigned
Position Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical-related disciplines is preferred;
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales of main IVD products(e.g. Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay)
- At least Intermediate English speaking and writing skill is a must
- Experienced in working with end users and key clients
- Knowing better about local IVD dealer companies is preferred
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
- Physical Demands / Working Environment
The post holder will be an office employee and will frequently travel for the purposes to work in client or potential client locations or to work with other business partners.
