Title:  Key Account Specialist

Responsibilities:: 

1. Responsible for fulfilling the regional sales target,focus on core customers and blank areas; 

2. Provide regularly market analysis reports (key customer cooperation, competitor dynamics, market trends),continue developing new market segments and improving market share; 

3. Market promotion and product roadshows in your region;  

4. Take care of customer’s needs and complaints, and guarantee customer’s satisfaction; 

5. Long term strategic sales planning, aim for a sustainable growth; 

6. Market research; listen and collect final user’s voices, for the R&D to continue optimizing products.  

Requirement: 

1. No less than 3 years’ experience in distributor sales; sales or marketing experience in IVD medical industry is preferred; 

2. Excellent communication skill, including presentation and negotiation skills in  English; while other language skills are appreciated;  

3. Good logical and expression ability, used to work smartly and proactively; 

4. Prepared to work hard under pressure and handle multi-tasks at same time; 

5. Accept business trips within Belarus and neighboring countries.
