Title:  Service Engineer Guatemala

Responsibilities

 

Improve customer satisfaction. Improve service quality. Internal and distributor support training platform.

Provide field service including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as requested by the customer.

Provide technical training to customer during installation or as per training schedule.

Provide service payable to distributors and end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.

Provide technical assistance to the service channel, such as troubleshooting and training.

Develop service channels according to company strategy and requirement

Spare Parts Return Management

 

 

Experience:

Three years onwards of experience in similar position managing Service area OF Diagnostic In Vitro.

 Technical/specialized knowledge:

CRM knowledge.

ISO 9001, quality management systems.

Good Storage and Distribution Practices.

Experience in technical support.

English proficiency: Capable to fluently communicate.
