Title:  In-Vitro Diagnostics Clinical Application Specialist

Job Description: 

Reporting to: IVD Service Supervisor

Location: Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site and remote technical/application support for TLA, Clinical Chemistry, and Clinical Immunology systems — troubleshooting, assay/instrument implementation, and escalation to regional support when needed.

2. Deliver training and coaching to distributors and end-users on system operation and application, evaluating distributor service capability to ensure qualified service delivery. 

3. Support instrument installation, validation, and verification for new systems and assays.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL/hospital customers, driving satisfaction with Mindray products and academic services.

5. Track and follow up open application issues and customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams and regional experts.

6. Develop training materials and contribute to internal trainer development programs.

Requirements (Required):

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science field.

2. 3+ years of hands-on clinical laboratory experience, including at least 1 year with TLA, Clinical Chemistry, or Clinical Immunology systems.

3. Experience in technical training delivery and on-site troubleshooting.

4. Good written and spoken English; proficient Thai.

5. Proficient in Office Software (Word, Excel, PPT).

6. Willingness to travel across assigned territory. 

Requirements (Preferred):

1. 5+ years of clinical application experience with IVD product companies or distributors/partners.

2. Experience serving top-tier/National hospital accounts and KOL-level communications.
