Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Key Account Sales to drive business growth in Thailand’s strategic accounts, especially top-tier hospitals, university hospitals, premium private hospital groups, and key government projects.
The role is responsible for developing high-level customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving sustainable growth in the assigned territory/accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in medical device sales, excellent stakeholder management capability, and the ability to independently lead strategic projects and key account development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales growth and achieve annual sales targets for assigned key accounts.
- Introduce Mindray PMLS Modality to End Users and HOD
- Cooperate with distributors to make the Breakthrough .
- Manage KOL Relationships and Status improvements
- Convince End users with Mindray PMLS Solutions
- Drawing proper Product Strategy for KA and Key Projects
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital clinical leaders, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop long-term partnership strategies with key account hospitals in Bangkok.
- Map customer organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and account penetration.
Project Management
- Cross-functional coordination among marketing, clinical application, service, and channel partners.
- Manage project timelines, quotations, product configuration, competitive analysis, and internal approval processes.
- Ensure smooth project execution from opportunity identification to order closing and delivery.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer needs.
- Provide regular market insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Support local market platform building and benchmark project development.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and clinical application teams to organize workshops, clinical events, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to improve project management capability and sales effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or key account management.
- Experience in ICU, OR, Emergency, or hospital solution sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Thailand healthcare market and hospital procurement process is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
- Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Good English communication ability is adding point.
