Title: Product Specalist,PMLS
General requirement:
A Product Specialist is responsible for understanding and promoting specific products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines — focusing on patient monitors, defibrillators, and IT solutions — with a comprehensive understanding of their features, clinical benefits, and applications to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with customers to gather actionable feedback, address product-related inquiries, and conduct product demonstrations that enhance user understanding, confidence, and satisfaction.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with market demands, customer needs, and overall company objectives.
- Training and Support: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for internal teams, distributors, and partners — ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and best practices.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to monitor market trends, assess market share, evaluate competitor products, and synthesize customer insights to inform product development priorities and marketing strategies.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation — including user manuals, product guides, and knowledge base articles — to support both internal teams and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically across Thailand and internationally, with flexibility to work on weekends when required.
Work Environment
Typically works in an office setting, with opportunities for remote work. Some travel may be required for product demonstrations and client meetings.
