This is a role for someone who enjoys building real partnerships with hospitals — understanding what they need, shaping service solutions around it, and growing long-term relationships that matter to both sides. You'll work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver service excellence to our most strategic accounts.

What you'll do

Customer & market management

  • Work closely with distributors to define and deliver competitive service solutions and SLAs for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to support account growth and long-term cooperation.

Service solutions & business development

  • Identify customer pain points and service opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive service-related business growth — service contracts, spare parts, upgrades — together with partners.
  • Establish service KOLs and enhance company influence through professional service delivery.

Project & solution support

  • Support key projects by coordinating internal teams (sales, service, HQ) and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and solution support during pre-sales and project execution.
  • Contribute to system-level solution discussions where needed (e.g. device connectivity, workflow optimization).

Capability building

  • Provide training and enablement to distributors and customers to strengthen service capability.
  • Continuously improve service processes based on customer feedback and field experience.

What you'll bring

Education & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medical, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in medical device service, service sales, or key account management.
  • Experience with PMLS or MIS is highly preferred.

Market & business knowledge

  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows and the local healthcare system.
  • Experience in service contracts or service business development (preferred).
  • Established relationships with key hospitals are a strong advantage.

Digital & integration exposure

  • Exposure to medical IT systems (HIS/EMR/LIS) or device connectivity is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital service or integration projects is welcome but not required.

Ways of working

  • Fluent English required; Thai is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Willing to travel within Thailand.

Nice to have

  • Background in PMLS / MIS / IVD products.
  • Experience in Service KA, service sales, or solution selling.
  • Familiarity with channel collaboration models and hospital-level integrated solutions.
