Title:  KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Mindray Brazil is looking for a Centralized Purchasing Customer Manager (CPC) – Center-West & Minas Gerais Region (Brazil)

We are seeking a strategic, resilient, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager for Key accounts, focusing on our Medical Imaging Systems & Patient Monitoring and Life Support and lines.
Location and Scope of Work:
  • Base Location: Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte
  • Region of Coverage: Center-West region (DF, GO, MT, MS) and Minas Gerais. Focus on Public Sector accounts including State Secretariats, Military, OSS, and Federal entities.
 
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
With your expertise and seniority in the public sector, you will navigate complex bidding processes and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in government and large public healthcare organizations.
  • Strategic Market Approach: Conduct programmed visits and proactive market mapping to identify opportunities within PMLS and MIS (Ultrasound and X-Ray) public tenders.
  • Public Sector Expertise: Lead the entire sales cycle for public accounts, including analyzing edicts (editais), participating in biddings (pregões), and preparing administrative appeals (recursos).
  • Channel & Distributor Management: Closely manage and support the distributor network within the territory to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee proposals, manage the sales systems, and maintain a rigorous control of the sales forecast and pipeline.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on performance, market trends, and competitive movements.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the sales and marketing teams to develop customized strategies for large strategic public accounts.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in public sector sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep knowledge of public bidding laws, processes, and documentation.
  • Experience with Medical Imaging Systems and Patient Monitoring and Life Support
  • Strong negotiation skills specifically tailored to the public sector and large organizations.
  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Healthcare, or Biomedicine.
  • Languages: Advanced English level
  • Behavioral Skills: High resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and a strong commitment to ethics, transparency, and organization.
