Title: Service Engineer
|
Provide field service including installation, trouble shooting, etc, as per customer’s request. |
|
Perform preventive maintenance (PM), retrofit, etc, as per assigned. |
|
Provide technical training to customer during installation or as per training schedule. |
|
Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service , upgrade ,etc. |
|
Conduct market research and survey to find out business opportunities. |
|
Develop service channel as per company service strategy. |
|
Provide technical support to service channel such as trouble shooting and training |
|
Qualify service partners; monitor service quality; drive continuous improvement. |
|
Provide service support to sales team like demonstration on demand. |
|
Provide feedback as per requests from other teams including spare parts need, quality issues follow-up, product application, etc. |
|
Collect competitor’s information. |
