Title:  Service Engineer

Provide field service including installation, trouble shooting, etc, as per customer’s request.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM), retrofit, etc, as per assigned.

Provide technical training to customer during installation or as per training schedule.

Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service , upgrade ,etc.

Conduct market research and survey to find out business opportunities.

Develop service channel as per company service strategy.

Provide technical support to service channel such as trouble shooting and training

Qualify service partners; monitor service quality; drive continuous improvement.

Provide service support to sales team like demonstration on demand.

Provide feedback as per requests from other teams including spare parts need, quality issues follow-up, product application, etc.

Collect competitor’s information.
