Mindray Brazil is looking for a Service Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support service operations for our Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS) division. In this role, you will act as the primary technical link between the company and our distributors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Base Location: Brasília
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our operations in the region, ensuring excellence in service and distributor support. Your main tasks include:
- Distributor Support: Provide daily operational support for the PMLS line, including technical training, installation guidance, repairs, part replacements, and routine maintenance checks.
- Service Excellence: Adhere to company policies to deliver high-quality service, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and the achievement of revenue targets.
- Commercial & Field Support: Deliver pre-sales support and product demonstrations. Represent Mindray at medical congresses and field events, collecting and reporting vital market intelligence to management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed action plans in collaboration with our local distributors.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and follow up on key KPIs across clients, end-users, and distribution partners to maintain service standards.
What are we looking for in you?
- Technical background in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in the medical device industry (PMLS experience preferred).
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Strong communication skills for conducting distributor training and client interactions.
- Residency in Brasília
