Mindray Brazil is looking for a Key Account manager

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Key Account manager for our PMLS & MIS line.

 

Location and Scope of Work:

  • Base Location: Brasília, Distrito Federal (DF), Brazil. Residency in Brasília is mandatory.
  • Region of Coverage: Center-West region of Brazil;

 

Main Activities and Responsibilities

With your expertise and seniority, you will be responsible for driving the development and expansion of the MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) portfolio, supporting sustainable business growth and strengthening the brand’s positioning in the market. This role will actively contribute to the execution of the business unit’s commercial strategy and the advancement of the portfolio within the hospital environment.

  • Plan and execute the commercial strategy for the MIS line, structuring opportunities involving equipment, surgical instruments and consumables.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing,
  • Maintain close engagement with hospital decision makers and clinical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with clinical and operational needs.

The position also requires consistent pipeline and forecast management, identification of new business opportunities and continuous assessment of competitive positioning.

 

What are we looking for in you?

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in the surgical instruments and consumables market, along with a proven track record in medical equipment sales, preferably within minimally invasive surgery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing structured sales cycles in demanding hospital environments and demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical capability, autonomy and commercial maturity.
