Title: Senior Sales Representative
Mindray Brazil is looking for a Sales Representative - Center-West & Tocantins Region (Brazil)
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Representative for our PMLS line.
- Base Location: Brasília, Distrito Federal (DF), Brazil. Residency in Brasília is mandatory.
- Region of Coverage: Center-West region of Brazil (DF, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul) and the state of Tocantins.
With your expertise and seniority, you will utilize your existing networks as well as establish new contacts to key stakeholders and decision makers of central national hospital chains, group purchasing organizations as well as large strategic accounts.
Together with the Sales and Marketing team, you will develop customized strategies and drive business growth across all business functions.
- Conduct strategic visits to key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories;
- Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams, participating in joint visits and opportunity tracking;
- Manage and develop the sales channel within the territory;
- Actively prospect new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region;
- Monitor the complete sales cycle and ensure the achievement of sales targets;
- Frequent travel required throughout the area of operation.
- Proven experience with the PMLS product line;
- Technical knowledge in related areas such as ventilation and monitoring systems
- Prior experience in distributor management and channel sales;
- Extensive knowledge of the healthcare market in the Center-West and Tocantins regions (customers, hospitals, competitors);
- Analytical skills to track sales metrics and results.
- Completed Superior Degree
- Advanced english level
