About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Queensland to join our team in Brisbane. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with executive customers within strategic accounts, driving sales growth, and strengthening Mindray's brand presence at high levels in healthcare organizations. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with executive stakeholders in strategic healthcare accounts across Queensland.
- Create and execute strategic business and marketing plans to drive sales growth.
- Identify, track, and forecast sales opportunities to achieve breakthrough results.
- Collaborate with QLD Product Sales and Service Teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Stay informed on medical device industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum five years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, managing strategic accounts and working with executive-level customers.
- Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results in a competitive market.
- Valid driver's licence (essential).
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of clinical areas and medical equipment, particularly in In-Vitro Diagnostics, Patient Monitoring, Life Support Devices, and Ultrasound (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
