Title:  Sales Specialist Endoscopy

With Mindray as Sales Representative for Endoscopy, your main responsabilities will be:

• Develop and execute sales plans and forecasts to achieve targets and drive business growth through direct sales and distributor management.
• Manage, develop and optimize distributors, while identifying new channels, accounts and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals, surgeons and KOLs to develop new accounts and increase product adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations and training, providing clinical and application support when required.
• Monitor market and competitive activities, including pricing, products, tenders, launches and market trends; provide territory plans and market analysis.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as new channel development, Go-To-Direct opportunities, distributor optimization, sales growth and margin contribution, while providing market feedback to Product Management and R&D.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above as Biomedical Engineer, Sciences, or relevant major.

• At least 2 years in the sales and channel management experiences in the same industry

• Good English speaking and writing skill.

• Solid experience in distributor management and/or direct sales to hospitals.

• Experience in developing, opening, and managing commercial channels, including identifying new opportunities, expanding market coverage, and optimizing the distribution network.

• Established network of KOLs in the surgical market.

• Experience in medical devices, ideally in high-value surgical lines such as energy devices and endoscopic stapling.
