With Mindray as Key Account Sales your main responsabilities will be:

  1. Complete the scanning of basic information, competitor information, procurement mode, procurement decision-making chain, supplier list and other comprehensive information of the responsible customers, and propose annual work plans with priorities for different KA customers through analysis
  2. Develop director/expert relationships in high-end/large hospitals, enhance customer relationship levels, gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and pain points, combine product strategies and IT interconnection, provide differentiated solutions to meet different customers' requirements, achieve single/cross departments breakthroughs in product collaboration, and achieve large-scale sales with demonstration effects.
  3. By leveraging the advantages of Mindray products + AI + IT, to achieve 0->1 and 1->N breakthroughs in high-end products in KA customer departments, creating regional window hospitals and enhancing brand influence.
  4. Proactively identify new business opportunities in target customers, analyze their current usage of products and services, and explore potential opportunities; Monitor the after-sales performance of target customers, and promptly coordinate and resolve potential issues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;  
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in sales in the field of Medical Device is preferred
  3. Previous experience in key account management
  4. Previous experience in IVD field (It's a plus)
  5. Intermediate level of English proficiency
  6. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management. 
  7. Willingness to travel
