Title:  Hematology Product Supervisor, Middle East & Africa

Job Scope:

Guide regional sales and marketing teams to achieve business breakthroughs and expand the hematology portfolio in alignment with annual strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate customer acquisition, empower distributor teams, and drive impactful marketing promotions. Additionally, collaborate with the Mindray team to penetrate high-end customer segments and expand market influence through targeted promotional initiatives. In addition, this position will be focused on targeting relevant hospital-based clinicians in the market and driving clinician awareness and adoption of Mindray haematology solutions when incorporated in clinical strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive regional hematology business growth and market development by guiding sales and marketing teams in executing annual strategies;
  2. Provide technical support and training to regional sales and distributors;
  3. Lifecycle Product Management: Partner across sales and product teams to drive end-to-end product management, including market analysis, pricing strategies, regulatory registration, product evaluations/demos, reference site cultivation, and launch strategies;
  4. KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical laboratory associations to enhance brand credibility;
  5. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends and sales data to proactively identify and fulfill evolving customer requirements; 6. Event Management & Marketing Collateral: Spearhead and participate in regional exhibitions and seminars, while providing strategic input on the development of localized promotional materials;
  6. Scientific Collaboration: Coordinate with regional KOLs on clinical research, scientific studies, and academic partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. More than 3 years working experience, prefer to have Clinical/Marketing experience in IVD industry, or experience in clinical laboratory;
  2. Good English Communication and Presentation skill;
  3. Bachelor degree and above in biology science, clinical diagnostics or appropriate science or medical discipline;
  4. Self-motivated, Hard-working, willing to travel
