Job Qualification:

Education Level                                   :   B Tech in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Bsc-MSc in Medical Imaging

Experience                                          :           5+ years in handling Application role of UIS Products

Language Skill                                     :           Good command of both written and spoken English,Hindi

Computer Skill                                     :           Familiar with Computer, Software & Social Media

Product knowledge and skills                            Able to perform abdomen, small parts,  2D Echo scanning demos (vascular and POC skills preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre Sale and Post Sale support to assigned SKA accounts. More focus in South and also needs to support a few national SKA accounts which across India.
• Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship.
• Training of clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use it.
• Help customers and distributors to solve UIS product issues, response in time.
• Collect end-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
• Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users.
• Provide suggestions for the product development as per customer’s requirement.
• Keep good relationship with HOD, Senior doctors and Biomedical team of Hospital.
• Supporting marketing activities
• Support doctors for clinical research
• Plan and conduct IDM
• Share competition information
