Title:  Key Account Manager - MIS

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with end users in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage key customers, including hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Meet with radiologists, sonographers, and decision-makers to generate demand and coordinate projects with distributors.
  • Support key projects and tenders in collaboration with the Mindray team and distributors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitors' activities and customer needs, to identify business opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with key clients, hospital procurement teams, and decision-makers to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; a medical-related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing of Medical Imaging Systems (MIS), specifically Ultrasound or related medical device industries.
  • Proven track record of working with end users, key clients, and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the ultrasound market, including product applications and clinical workflows.
  • Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
