Title:  Key Accounts Sales Representative IVD

Responsibilities
•     Drive business growth by achieving breakthroughs with key accounts and building long-term, stable partnerships with an annually updated portfolio of designated customers.
•     Establish and maintain strong relationships with national reference hospitals and new product reference hospitals, ensuring consistent engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
•     Collaborate closely with the headquarters sales team to oversee exclusive distributors, identify potential partners in untapped regions, and guide them toward successful market entry.
•     Deliver regular market analysis reports covering major customer collaborations, competitor activities, and industry trends; proactively identify and develop new market segments to expand market share.
•     Support regional marketing initiatives, including product roadshows and promotional activities, to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.


Requirements
•     Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) medical industry.
•     Exceptional communication skills, with strong proficiency in English for presentations and negotiations; additional language skills are an advantage.
•     Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
•     Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
•     Willingness to travel across assigned cities and countries, including short-term international business trips.
