An exciting opportunity is now available within our ambitious Northwest Europe Marketing function, focusing on clinical support and product training in Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS) Product Line, including but not limited to patient monitor, anesthesia workstation, ventilator, infusion pump. We are looking for a passionate and energetic product expert with knowledge and experience of Peri-operative or Intensive care in a hospital or healthcare industry to develop this role, well-versed in Patient monitor / Anesthesia / Ventilation / Infusion pump, ambitious and commercial astute. You will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being expertise and instrumental in driving clinical value-based training and success, thus generating PMLS business growth across the Northwest Europe region.
Working with the internal and external teams, you will support in tenders, trials, installation and distributor or end-user training, with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Mindray Products.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the clinical application and product expert for assigned PMLS modalities, helping healthcare professionals, customers and distributors understand and maximise the clinical and operational value of Mindray solutions.
- Partner with sales teams and distributors to support tenders and project opportunities through specification reviews, technical clarifications and value-based solution presentations, demonstrating Mindray’s clinical advantages and supporting business growth.
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations, clinical evaluations and product trials in collaboration with hospitals, ensuring clear evaluation objectives, effective clinical engagement and structured feedback on outcomes.
- Coordinate and deliver the clinical application aspects of project implementation, working with hospitals, sales, service and distributor teams on installation support, go-live and ongoing application support to meet agreed timelines and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance on product configurations and clinical workflows across relevant care settings, such as Operating Theatres, ICUs, Emergency Departments and General Wards, supporting safe, appropriate and effective use of Mindray solutions.
- Deliver structured product and clinical application training to healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams, tailoring content to different audiences, maintaining accurate training records and evaluating training effectiveness and user competency.
- Contribute to the development of clinical and training resources, including application guides, presentations, training videos, case studies and clinical white papers, to strengthen customer education and communicate the value of Mindray solutions.
- Gather, analyse and consolidate clinical requirements and user feedback for assigned modalities, and collaborate with European Modality teams and headquarters R&D to support product improvements, solution development and innovation.
- Support exhibitions, conferences and customer workshops through clinical presentations and hands-on demonstrations, engaging healthcare professionals and helping sales teams develop business opportunities.
- Identify, build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts, supporting educational and academic collaboration to strengthen Mindray’s clinical credibility, brand recognition and long-term business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical, technical, product and competitor knowledge, and contribute insights and competitive positioning tools to help sales teams and distributors communicate Mindray’s value effectively.
What are we looking for in you?
- Nursing Degree, Biomedical Engineering Degree or equivalent with clinical applications experience in Medical Devices
- Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in region without the requirement of company sponsorship
- Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
- Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives diligently
- Peri-operative or Intensive care experience highly desired
- Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous
- Showcase previous project organisation and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong pitching and planning skills
- The ability to travel up to 40%-50% of the time is required.
