We are searching for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our high-performing, commercially driven team in Madrid. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving on the fly, and loves bringing clarity to the ambiguous.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Operations and Customer Service
- Process customer orders in SAP and provide daily updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for efficient order management
- Respond to customer queries, service issues, and complaints professionally
- Ensure process compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Act as the primary contact for sales order processing
- Monitor on-hold orders and communicate updates
- Manage the Spain Customer Service inbox
- Support tender tracking and reporting
What You Bring:
- Experience in Sales Order Processing/Customer Support, with SAP focus
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexibility and cultural awareness
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Eligibility to work in Spain without sponsorship
