We are searching for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our high-performing, commercially driven team in Madrid. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving on the fly, and loves bringing clarity to the ambiguous.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Operations and Customer Service
  • Process customer orders in SAP and provide daily updates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for efficient order management
  • Respond to customer queries, service issues, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate record-keeping
  • Act as the primary contact for sales order processing
  • Monitor on-hold orders and communicate updates
  • Manage the Spain Customer Service inbox
  • Support tender tracking and reporting

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Experience in Sales Order Processing/Customer Support, with SAP focus
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Flexibility and cultural awareness
  • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Eligibility to work in Spain without sponsorship
