  1. Sales Objective Management
    1. Implement sales policies and strategies, execute the company's sales strategies and models;
    2. Conduct personal sales forecasting and analysis, draft personal sales plans, and implement them upon approval;
    3. Track sales orders, follow up on payment collection, and ensure the successful completion of sales tasks.
  2. Sales Process Management
    Collaborate with business assistants to complete sales tasks and ensure the smooth progress of sales processes.
  3. Market Work
    1. Execute new market development plans within the assigned area to improve product market coverage;
    2. Analyze market conditions and forecast sales prospects in the assigned area, monitor competitor progress, and track and predict customer needs;
    3. Participate in project bidding and contract reviews within the assigned area;
    4. Assist in trial sales of new products and market testing of product concepts to accelerate market maturity;
    5. Attend international exhibitions, promptly collect, organize, and provide feedback on customer and market information.
  1. Customer Resource Maintenance and Development
    1. Implement customer management strategies for the product line within the assigned area and establish a strong distributor network;
    2. Develop and maintain customer relationships, assist in handling customer complaints;
    3. Organize customer public relations activities, influence customer decision-making chains, and ensure successful project sales;
    4. Conduct customer visits and daily communications, track and predict customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Coordination
    1. Assist the customer service department in resolving customer complaints;

Provide timely feedback on sales information based on sales performance to support the R&D department in product positioning and improvement.
