Title:  IT Marketing Specialist MEA

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and marketing of local M‑Connect IT solutions, ensuring strong market penetration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HQ IT teams to develop the local M‑Connect promotion strategy and drive local sales and marketing teams to execute it effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive pre‑sales support for patient monitoring IT projects, including solution design, solution presentations, bidding support, and pre‑sales technical consulting.
  • Drive marketing promotion activities for M‑Connect IT solutions:
    • Internal: Educate and equip sales and marketing teams with a deep understanding of IT solutions, value propositions, and competitive advantages.
    • External: Guide marketing teams in customer promotions, pre‑sales engagement, academic events, and IT-focused conferences.
  • Manage local IT‑related product activities, including IT request management, third‑party device integration, system integration, and local promotion of newly released IT products.
  • Deliver IT-related training to local sales teams, marketing teams, and distributor partners to enhance solution capability and ensure consistent technical understanding.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical, Biomedical Engineering, Human Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of hospital IT systems, device connectivity, and integration workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and solution demonstration skills in English.
  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed.
