Your Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service support. You will provide professional technical service support for Mindray products, serving as a technical resource for customers, your team, and other Service Engineers throughout the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Perform new equipment installations, upgrades, and post-installation testing.
• Product Feedback: Provide feedback on product performance, workflow issues, and anomalies encountered in the field to facilitate service improvements.
• Collaboration: Communicate with sales representatives and support other activities, such as conventions and trade shows.
• Innovation: Work with customers to establish service contract needs and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Customer Training: Train customers to maximize their benefits in using Mindray equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve rare technical issues with Mindray products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree level or equivalent (High level diploma) in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Engineering Technology with relevant experience in servicing electronic equipment.
• Experience with networking medical devices and Ultrasound is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of IT networks and related components.
• Preference for experience in the medical capital equipment industry.
• Fluent in Dutch, with strong business English – both written and spoken.
• Technically proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of Electronic Medical equipment, or demonstrate experience in working on similar electronic equipment.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel 40% of the time (mainly within the Netherlands, but could include Benelux and Nordics if required).
• Full, clean driving license.
• Ability to work in the Netherlands without the requirement of company sponsorship.
