Due to the continued growth of Mindray in Spain, we are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to strengthen our service team. This position is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience working with Mindray products, particularly within Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS), Ultrasound Imaging Systems (UIS), or both.

Working closely with customers, colleagues, and international technical support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery, technical expertise, and effective communication.

Candidates with experience in medical devices, biomedical engineering, or field service support within the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities

• Field service delivery to end users across Spain.
• Remote technical support to distributors, service partners, and end users.
• Internal technical support to the service sales and operations teams.
• Management of the assigned service territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support installation projects and coordinate larger equipment installations when required.
• Complete all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with service procedures and timelines.
• Provide technical support for tenders and sales opportunities when required.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and company assets in good working condition.
• Manage spare parts inventory and company vehicle assigned to the role.
• Deliver basic operational or technical training to customers when necessary.
• Track and maintain service documentation, inventory, and loan equipment.
• Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the Field Service Supervisor.

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of medical devices, preferably Mindray equipment.
• Experience with Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS), Ultrasound Imaging Systems (UIS), or both would be highly valued.
• Biomedical Engineering qualification or equivalent technical background is desirable.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment.
• Ability to provide technical support and basic customer training.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with local and international teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout Spain as required.
• Fluent Spanish and a good working level of English, as regular communication with international technical support teams is required.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.
