Talent Acquisition & HRBP  Role                          

Lead the complete TA process from HC budgeting, position creation to hirings & onboarding across Job Grades. Custodian of the Recruitment module in SF

 

Responsible for Validation and Interviews (cultural Fitment/Behavioural/Compensation & Grade fitment ) for all positions.

 

 

Solution Provider and work closely with business to resolve issues and contribute towards a positive work atmosphere.

 

Drive the Employee Communication on a Regular basis

 

Payroll & Benefits Administration+ Audits: MRIN Overall

Custodian & Execution of the Payroll, & Benefits including Insurance Program, Good Health Program, Flexible Pay payouts, Statutory deposits, enrollments, Reconciliation with Accounts, HQ  & Report generation

 

Lead the employee Direct Taxation & Investments, Declarations related  matters with help of Vendor. Single POC for all HQ related queries on Compensation

 

 

Manage the Outsourced  vendor management Process of Payroll, and Leave Management system

 

Statutory Compliances + Audits:  MRIN Overall

Lead all Inspections & Audits, internal and external. Custodian of all relevant Audit & Inspection data and keeping them updated and sanitized.

 

Manage the Outsourced vendor management Process of Statutory Compliances

 

 

Process Owner for all HR Statutory compliances Including Payroll & S& E & other Acts applicable to us. Single POC for all statutory compliance coordination, records & maintenance region/location wise.

 

HR Operations

Manage the MRIN Employee Insurance program

 

Manage the Employee data seamlessly on all platforms including Orgn. Charts.

 

 

Managing Exits & Offboarding processes

 

Drive the New Employee onboarding program with Mid & Full-Term Probation reviews, assessments and feedback communication.
