Clinical application specialist

Responsibilities: 

  1. Customer Services
  • Provide product clinical training for newly installed customers, answer customer questions, and improve customer utilization rate and Mindray product satisfaction;
  • Solve the problems and faults encountered by customers when using products, provide customers with technical, application and clinical support, and timely feed back to the headquarters to expedite the rapid resolution of problems;
  • After the products are introduced to the market, assist the customer to confirm the performance verification scheme after installation and assist in completing the after-sales performance verification;
  • Regularly visit key customers, understand the use of end products, timely find out the fluctuation of test items, regularly check the operation of instruments and solve faults, feedback and communicate with sales, and cooperate to maintain customer relations
  • Collect and analyze the service needs of customers, report to the headquarters, and provide services to meet the needs of customers;
  • Provide training with demo machine to clients, answering technical enquiries and assist in evaluation program support.
  • The pre-sales customer demand is led by the Sales & Marketing, and the Clinical Application should actively provide professional opinions, cooperating with sales force to formulate a plan and provides clinical technical support.
  • Customers support using the Hotline in accordance with the shift schedule.
  1. Channel construction
  • Provide technical training and assessment for the application team of the agent;
  • Assist the agent to establish and cultivate the application team, evaluate the professional ability and service ability of the agent, and provide targeted empowerment training;
  • Reply and answer the clinical problems of agents and provide necessary technical support;
  • Follow up and supervise the completion of service indicators of channel providers.
  1. Product improvement
  • Collect and analyze the requirements of clients for products, feedback to relevant departments of the headquarters, and promote the optimization and improvement of products;
  • Investigate customers' demand for products and services, and assist in inputting new product demand.
  1. Internal training and data output
  • Assist the Department to train new employees;
  • Assist the department in translating and reviewing materials
  • Typical cases, and other technical data output.
  1. Others
  •  Other related work arranged by Clinical Application Manager and Supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Education:Bachelor degree or above, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related.
  2. Experience: 2 or more years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies. Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics and clinical application of IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Hematology analyzers and reagents, Immunoassay is essential.
  3. Good written and spoken English;
  4. Familiar with computer and office software
