Title: National Application Manager for POC
Education Level : B Tech in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Bsc-MSc in Medical Imaging
Experience : 5+ years in handling Application role of UIS Products
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English,Hindi
Computer Skill : Familiar with Computer, Software & Social Media
Product knowledge and skills Able to perform abdomen, Nerves, 2D Echo scanning demos (vascular and POC skills preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Pre Sale and Post Sale support to POC Products. More focus in South and also needs to support a few national accounts across India.
- Have a deep understanding of the POC Market which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship.
- Training of clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use it.
- Help customers and distributors to solve UIS product issues, response in time.
- Collect end-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
- Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users.
- Provide suggestions for the product development as per customer’s requirement.
- Keep good relationship with HOD, Senior doctors and Biomedical team of Hospital.
- Supporting marketing activities
- Support doctors for clinical research
- Plan and conduct IDM
- Share competition information
