We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the company’s IT environment,
including network systems, server platforms, and end-user services. This role requires a hands-on
individual capable of handling daily IT operations and providing technical support across multiple
domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support LAN/WAN, WiFi networks, switches, and firewalls
- Provide system administration for Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and backup systems
- Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IT infrastructure
- Deliver end-user support, including desktops, laptops, printers, and common business applications
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, network optimization, and security improvements
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets
- Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure stable IT operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or support roles
- Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall, wireless)
- Experience with Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup solutions
- Familiar with desktop support and troubleshooting (Windows OS, Office applications)
- Strong willing to learn skills and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Good communication skills in Polish and/ or Chinese is a plus
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent
- Experience in enterprise IT environment
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices
