We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the company’s IT environment,

including network systems, server platforms, and end-user services. This role requires a hands-on

individual capable of handling daily IT operations and providing technical support across multiple

domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support LAN/WAN, WiFi networks, switches, and firewalls
  • Provide system administration for Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and backup systems
  • Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IT infrastructure
  • Deliver end-user support, including desktops, laptops, printers, and common business applications
  • Support IT projects such as system upgrades, network optimization, and security improvements
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure stable IT operations

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or support roles
  • Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall, wireless)
  • Experience with Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup solutions
  • Familiar with desktop support and troubleshooting (Windows OS, Office applications)
  • Strong willing to learn skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Good communication skills in Polish and/ or Chinese is a plus

 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent
  • Experience in enterprise IT environment
  • Basic knowledge of IT security practices
