Service Clinical Application Specialist (IVD)

Location: Kazakhstan

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze application issues from distributors and end users and provide clear solutions.

  • Escalate complex cases to regional support when needed.

  • Conduct product and application training for local distributors.

  • Evaluate distributors’ service skills and ensure proper support for end users.

  • Provide on-site and remote application support to key customers and KOLs.

  • Build good working relationships with doctors and laboratory staff.

  • Follow up on open application issues and customer requests.

  • Work closely with local internal teams and external partners.

  • Prepare training materials and deliver trainings for distributors and end users.

  • Support internal trainer development and education events.

     

     

Requirements

    • 3+ years of work experience in a clinical laboratory.

    • Practical experience with IVD products (hematology, serology or similar fields).

    • Good understanding of IVD product principles and clinical use.

    • 3+ years of experience in an IVD company or distributor in an application or technical role.

    • Experience in customer support and relationship management.

    • Experience in technical or application training.

    • Experience in on-site troubleshooting and technical support.

    • Strong communication skills with doctors and laboratory customers.

    • English – intermediate or higher (for training materials and regional communication).

    • Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan.
