Title:  Clinical Application Specialist-PMLS

Responsibilities

• Analyze application cases raised by end users, provide integrated application solutions, deliver hands-on training, support clinical trials, and ensure seamless system installations.

• Deliver structured training programs to local distributors and assess their application capabilities to ensure high-quality customer support.

• Provide professional application support to KOL customers, build strong and sustainable relationships with physicians, and increase satisfaction with Mindray products and academic services.

• Regularly review, track, and follow up on pending application issues and user requirements, coordinating closely with local internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Independently develop training materials and deliver high-quality application training programs to distributors and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the PMLS (Anesthesia, Ventilators, ect.) field.
