Title: Office Administration Intern
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the company’s daily administrative operations
- Oversee office operations, including facility management, cargo coordination, and technical service processes
- Manage company registrations, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and archiving
- Communicate with suppliers and support purchasing and procurement activities
- Coordinate with official institutions and external service providers
- Issue invoices and ensure all required internal approvals are obtained
- Maintain and track the company's fixed assets and inventory records
- Manage employee company assets (vehicles, laptops, etc.) and provide necessary operational support
- Provide support to expatriate employees with administrative and operational matters
- Collaborate with operations team members and provide cross-functional support when required
Requirements
- Graduate or senior student in a relevant field, available to work at least 4 days per week.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong ability to learn, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
