Title: Product Specialist (Immunoassay & Chemistry / TLA Focus)
Responsibilities:
- Developed product strategies to drive Türkiye market growth in the Core Lab segment, with a strong focus on Total Laboratory Automation (TLA).
- Provided in-depth IVD product technical expertise to support pre-sales activities and tendering processes.
- Led complex laboratory automation projects, collaborating closely with informatics and service teams to ensure successful go-live and system stabilization.
- Engaged directly with Mindray HQ scientists on foundational architecture decisions for automation systems.
- Formulated product development, positioning, and pricing strategies to strengthen market competitiveness.
- Conducted market intelligence gathering and competitive analysis to develop actionable product roadmaps that enhanced brand presence and market positioning.
- Analyzed marketing information and sales data to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Organized and participated in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events while providing expert input on product promotion materials.
Requirements:
- Above 3 years‘ experience in IVD products or applications, familiar with the industry and has a passion in the industry;
- Deep understanding of laboratory operations and automation systems, with proven expertise in total laboratory automation (TLA) workflow analysis and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or above, a medical-related major is preferred, Excellent command of written & spoken English;
- Deep understanding of laboratory operations and the automation environment, with proved experience for total lab automation line workflow analysis and optimization.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills and clear logical thinking.
