Title:  Strategic Key Account Manager

Mainly responsible and have a good relationship with 6 Chain Hospital Groups ( Acıbadem, Koç, Medicalpark, Medicana, Memorial, Medipol) in Türkiye

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance relationships with end users on the assigned territory – Istanbul and Ege Region;
  • Identify key customers in the Territory;
  • Meet with strategic key account decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors;
  • Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
  • Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
  • Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements, etc, for maximizing business opportunities;
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities;
  • Work closely with key clients, decision makers, and hospitals in the region.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical-related disciplines is preferred;
  • At least 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing of PMLS/UIS/IVD products (e.g., monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, ultrasound, X-ray, Laboratory products, etc.) or in the related sphere of the medical device industry
  • Both Turkish and English-speaking
  • Experienced in working with university hospitals and private chain groups.
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
  • Base in Istanbul
