Title: Strategic Key Account Sales Manager
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
Develop and implement strategic key account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
2. Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of key clients. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within key industries. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
4. Performance Metrics
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize sales performance. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
5. Distributor management
Collaborate with distributors to follow the projects, develop the distributor strategy of key accounts.
6. Team management
Serve as a key point of contact between the clients and the internal teams, building the strategic key account sales team and manage it.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Medical or a related field;
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Patient Monitoring and Life Support/ Ultrasound/ IVD or in related sphere of medical device industry with a focus on key account management;
3. Proven track record in strategic sales and key account management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer requirements. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets;
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.
5. Successful experience with the private chain groups and public university hospitals.
