Title: Turkiye HRBP
The purpose of the job is to deliver qualified HR support to our internal customers. This role is mainly focused on Turkey HR work and will support other countries sometimes.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the employee full cycle (e.g., onboarding, internal transfer, and resignation) and manage employee files in accordance with local laws;
- Employee Benefit Management, including but not limited to reviewing and updating employee insurance plans, publicizing HR policies, and reviewing and updating the domestic travel policy on an annual basis.
- Responsible for recruitment full circle for all local positions, including searching, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Learning and Development Management, including but not limited to training needs survey, developing local training resources, and implementing training programs
- Implement the HR plans and policies from HQ
- Issue and promote the company's core values, create and maintain a good atmosphere in the branch office;
- Record and manage attendance and vacation usage of local employees;
- Liaise with the government on all labor-related issues, and ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local laws;
- Other HR activities as required by the local GM and managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Sociology, or related disciplines is preferred;
- At least 5 years' work experience in HR field, experience in international companies is preferred;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, proficient in verbal and written English;
- Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team;
- Familiar with basic office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
- Passionate to learn, open-minded, and highly proactive.
