Title:  Turkiye HRBP

As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to local management while ensuring operational excellence in all people-related matters. This role is primarily dedicated to our Türkiye office, with occasional support for other countries, driving business performance through effective talent management, organizational development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with the local General Manager and department heads to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies, ensuring that people initiatives directly support organizational priorities.
  • Employee Lifecycle & Compliance: Oversee the full employee journey (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) while maintaining impeccable employee records in full compliance with Turkish labour laws and company policies.
  • Total Rewards & Policy Management: Lead the annual review and optimization of employee insurance plans, HR policies, and domestic travel policies, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings that align with both headquarters’ frameworks and local market practices.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage the entire recruitment cycle for all local roles, from sourcing to selection, proactively building talent pipelines and advising hiring managers on market insights and best practices.
  • Learning & Organizational Development:Conduct training needs assessments, develop local learning resources, and facilitate programs that close skill gaps, foster leadership capabilities, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Champion the company’s core values and drive initiatives that strengthen office morale, inclusivity, and engagement, acting as a culture ambassador and change agent.
  • Government & Legal Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for all labour-related government interactions, proactively monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring full compliance in all HR practices.
  • Other Projects: Support the local General Manager and management team with ad‑hoc HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Sociology, or related disciplines is preferred;
  • At least 5 years' work experience in HR field, experience in international companies is preferred;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, proficient in verbal and written English;
  • Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team;
  • Familiar with basic office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
  • Passionate to learn, open-minded, and highly proactive.
