Title:  Logistic Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Social Science, Business, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience as Logistic, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and medium level in Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication skill.
• Domicile: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Create ISTO for finish goods and spare parts.
• Conduct custom clearance, checking invoice, registration, and HS Codes.
• Provide CI and OL to the vendors as imports documentation for process customs.
• Check draft PIB and fill import documents properly.
• Maintain stock updates and ensure that it can be released with FEFO Methode.
• Provide and update good status to distributors.
• Track shipment until ETA at Jakarta port.
• Prepare MIGO and GIT on SAP.
• Collaborate with HQ, External and Internal team regarding Logistic matters.
