Title:  Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above. Master or doctor degree is preferred. Majoring in Medical, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience as marketing & research in Medical Devices industry handling PMLS products and 5 years as Manager, preferred academic or clinical background.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Excellent leadership and business planning ability.
  • Developing marketing strategies for promoting product portfolios and solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for brainstorming ideas to increase product or service demand

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Manage marketing team including products & application.
  • Provide product sales forecasts and adjust marketing strategy.
  • Manage promotional literature and organize marketing events, especially academic marketing.
  • Build strong relationships with the key customers through academic approach (clinical evaluation, literature publication, event speeches).
  • Update training materials and provide clinical training on periodic basis internally and externally.
  • Manage new and existing products in regards to packaging, registration, evaluation, and pre-launch needs.
  • Coordinate and support sales team as well as business partners to drive product sales.
