Title: Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above. Master or doctor degree is preferred. Majoring in Medical, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as marketing & research in Medical Devices industry handling PMLS products and 5 years as Manager, preferred academic or clinical background.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent leadership and business planning ability.
- Developing marketing strategies for promoting product portfolios and solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for brainstorming ideas to increase product or service demand
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Manage marketing team including products & application.
- Provide product sales forecasts and adjust marketing strategy.
- Manage promotional literature and organize marketing events, especially academic marketing.
- Build strong relationships with the key customers through academic approach (clinical evaluation, literature publication, event speeches).
- Update training materials and provide clinical training on periodic basis internally and externally.
- Manage new and existing products in regards to packaging, registration, evaluation, and pre-launch needs.
- Coordinate and support sales team as well as business partners to drive product sales.
