Title:  PMLS Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
  • Over 10 years working experience as patient monitor and life support products.
  • Over 5 years customer management or team management experiences
  • Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
  • Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Team management: Build a team of personnel and create a positive team atmosphere. Set up team KPI and management systems to improve the effectiveness of team work.
  • Delivery management: Plan and construct a regional PMLS production line service system, develop targeted PMLS production line service strategies based on the current situation and differences of regional business, and ensure business delivery and continuous innovation;
  • Customer management: Serving Indonesian customer service work, developing customer service strategies, and maintaining KOL relationships
  • Operation monitoring: Monitor the management status of some service channels to ensure service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and coordination: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and collaborative departments, coordinate resources and promote each other to ensure maximum overall business efficiency.
