Title:  Regional Technical Support

Requirements:

• Associate degree of above, majoring in Engineering, electronic information, and other related majors.
• Over 5 years working experience in Life Support (Ventilator, Anesthesia, Patient Monitor) products.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Able to do international long-distance travel.
• Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Life Support products in assisting front-line engineers to solve technical issues as well as providing feedback on the existing quality problems.
• Conduct follow-up and improvement on major problems from the engineers while effectively assisting with the complaints.
• Train and guide regional backbone engineers.
• Responsible for sorting out, optimizing, and improving relevant platform processes position requirements.
