Title:  Orthopedic Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above Majoring in Medical, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field.
• 5 years solid experience in handling Orthopedic products.
• Familiar with Orthopedic market and its business process.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• good presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivated, great teamwork spirit.
• Domicile in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target.
• Develop sales channels and expand market coverage.
• Maintain sound relationship with customers (hospitals, surgeons, KOL, distributors).
• Organize and attend seminar, conferences, workshop and exhibitions of orthopedics products.
• Prepare market and competitor analysis in Indonesia region, create innovative sales and market plans to match company's yearly target.
• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Troubleshoot and apply independent judgment to respond to orthopedic physician needs.
