Title:  Strategic Key Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Majoring in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service experience and solid background in Medical Device Industry.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Great communication skills, team management, and well-organized.
  • Good marketing sense in improving customer’s loyalty and trust.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct productive visits and observations to key customers.
  • Establish customers’ profiles and make analysis according to key indicators of service requirements and their characteristics.
  • Supervise and evaluate service activities on key customers.
  • Dig out customer painful points as well as recognize service potential opportunities.
  • Maintain good relationship with key customers and continuously improve customer service activities.
  • Develop plans and programs to achieve service goals and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Internal sales & service synergy and communication with HQ department to push the comprehensive issue.
