Title: Strategic Key Account Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Majoring in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service experience and solid background in Medical Device Industry.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Great communication skills, team management, and well-organized.
- Good marketing sense in improving customer’s loyalty and trust.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct productive visits and observations to key customers.
- Establish customers’ profiles and make analysis according to key indicators of service requirements and their characteristics.
- Supervise and evaluate service activities on key customers.
- Dig out customer painful points as well as recognize service potential opportunities.
- Maintain good relationship with key customers and continuously improve customer service activities.
- Develop plans and programs to achieve service goals and boost customer satisfaction.
- Internal sales & service synergy and communication with HQ department to push the comprehensive issue.
